That's completely normal. Most people ordering a Trifolio are doing it for the first time.
You don't need a plan or everything figured out today. We'll walk you through it, one step at a time.
Ask Us AnythingJust two things.
A photo, and a short letter in your own words, around 150 to 180 words. It could be a memory, something you've been meaning to say, or just how you feel. We'll help you shape it if you're not sure where to start.
The card also has a pocket at the centre. A little space you can keep adding to over time. A Polaroid, a note, something small that meant something. Not everything worth keeping needs a frame.
Send Us Your PhotoOf course. If you're unsure about anything - the process, customisation, timelines, or just where to begin - send us a message.
A real person from our team will get back to you and help you through it.
Chat With Our TeamYes. Your photo is only used to create your Trifolio card.
We do not share it, post it online, or use it in our marketing without your permission. Once your order is complete, it is removed from our system.
Ask About Photo PrivacyMessage us before ordering and tell us your date. If it is physically possible, we will make it happen.
Some PIN codes have courier limitations we can't control, but wherever speed is in our hands, we won't let you down.
