Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Delivery may take longer due to:

Bad weather

Political disruptions

Other unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your email and SMS regularly for updates.
Before major occasions, we suggest placing your order at least five to seven days in advance.
Delivery Conditions
An order will be considered successfully executed in the following cases:

Incorrect shipping or delivery address

Recipient not available

Premises locked

Recipient refuses to accept the delivery
If the recipient is not available, they may inform the delivery personnel to leave the order with the gate, reception, or a neighbour.
Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute.
Deliveries may be made on Sundays and Public Holidays for products that are delivered by hand.
If no one is available at the shipping address to receive the delivery, the order will not be considered late. In such cases, no refunds, cancellations, or liabilities will be applicable.
Fixed Time Deliveries
We cannot commit to an exact delivery time.
Delivery of Courier Products
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Shipping Disclaimer or Terms and Conditions, in the event that the order is delivered through any courier agency or third-party logistics partner, The Sunday Stories does not make any representation or warranty regarding the delivery timeline.
Products will be delivered through Shiprocket or other courier partners, and such deliveries are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective courier companies.
For products shipped using courier services, the delivery date provided is only an estimate. Your order may arrive one day before or one day after the selected delivery date.
Our courier partners do not call prior to delivery, so we recommend providing an address where someone will be available to receive the package. Once shipped, the delivery cannot be redirected to another address.
Courier agencies do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays.
All courier orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment.
Courier partners may occasionally experience delays due to holidays, strikes, or operational issues.
If the recipient is unavailable, the courier company will attempt delivery twice. If the address is incorrect or the recipient refuses delivery, the order will be considered delivered.
If the courier company is unable to complete delivery after the attempts, the parcel will be returned to the origin warehouse, and the order will still be considered fulfilled.
No deliveries will be made on National Holidays. Deliveries will resume on the next working day.
In case of floods, heavy rain, protests, elections, curfews, traffic restrictions, festival congestion, or any other unforeseen circumstances, The Sunday Stories reserves the right to reschedule delivery to another date.
