Returns and Refunds

If you feel that the product is defective or incomplete, please contact us immediately and we will work out a solution to your satisfaction. Products can be returned within 10 days in case of defects or functional problems. The product will need to be sent back to us in order to receive credit for the amount paid.

Returns will not be processed for products that have been tampered with, used, or returned with damaged packaging.

Customized items that are designed specifically for you cannot be returned, unless there is transit damage or manufacturing defects.

In case of perishable items, delivery is attempted only once. If the address is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, we will not be able to attempt delivery again as the items become unusable. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Refunds are always made to the person who made the purchase. If the order was originally paid using a credit or debit card, the refund will be processed to the original card or account, or by cheque where applicable, within 7–10 working days.


Order Cancellations by The Sunday Stories

Sometimes we may have to cancel an order due to reasons beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to offer an alternative product or delivery date. If you prefer a refund instead, we will reimburse the entire amount paid for the order.


Order Cancellations by Customer

Refunds for order cancellations initiated by the customer depend on the nature of the product and the timing of the cancellation.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, unless The Sunday Stories is unable to fulfil the order. If you change your mind after placing an order, the amount paid will be credited to your account as store credit, which can be redeemed towards purchases within 12 months from the date of the order.

In case of cancellation requests after delivery of the gift or service, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will work towards a mutually agreeable resolution.


Delivery

All gifts can be delivered to your address, the recipient’s address, or any other address specified by you at the time of placing the order.

Please ensure that the delivery address and phone number are correct when placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect addresses or if the premises are locked.

We work with various delivery partners and make every effort to deliver orders on the requested date and time. However, delays may occur in certain circumstances.
